Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer service-oriented Courtesy Shuttle Driver to join our team at Kocourek Chevrolet on a part-time, hourly basis. As the Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you will transport our guests to and from their desired locations ensuring a safe and enjoyable ride and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, courteous transport for our customers
• Ensure passengers are provided an enjoyable and safe ride to their desired destination
• Maintain knowledge of local traffic patterns
• Clean and inspect the appearance of the shuttle vehicle before scheduled trips
• Adhere to all state traffic laws
• Providing customer service such as answering customer questions
• Maintain fuel, oil, and fluid levels of the vehicle
• Complete daily trip sheets detailing trips completed, mileage, passengers, etc.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record and complete a pre-employment drug screen.
• Knowledge of the local area
• Ability to lift heavy objects (minimum of 40 lbs.)
• Ability to multitask while driving and customer service
